Who is Marc Kucharz?
"Today, it is time for me to pass on
all these secrets and know-how".
After a period in school where the rules were very rigid (ruler blows on fingers), for me, the escape was in the game (naval battle in the classroom and soccer in the yard).
In summer camp, when it rained, there were board games (“Monopoly”, card games, etc.). When the weather was nice, it was physical games (soccer, dodgeball, etc.). The games made me socialize by accepting the rules, respecting the opponent, the referee and the rest…
A research during ten years through several countries (Yemen, USA, Polynesia, Mexico, Canada, etc.) with cultures, rules of life, jobs as different as each other, I learned to adapt, question of survival…
My vocation was about to be born. I started making board games, educational, business and communication games, by “chance” and with pleasure.
I won the Lud’or in 1993 & 1994 at the International Exhibition of Training and Communication Games “LUDIMAT”.
For the past few years, I have also been turning books into games. To do this, I have had the opportunity to work with great authors in personal development (Deepak Chopra, Neale Donald Walsch, Don Miguel Ruiz, etc.) and thousands of people have transformed their lives thanks to these book games. I then founded Ludocoaching©, a method of accompanying change through games, so that everyone can “become their own coach and help others to become so”. I also help people adapt in multiple organizations by providing game-based professional development.
On a larger scale, thanks to the development of new technologies, I realized that I could reach more people with digital games. I then founded the Agence Ludicitaire (playful and lucid).
Thanks to the encounters and experiences I have had over the past 30 years, I have been taught how to create games. Today, it is time for me to pass on all these secrets and know-how. That’s why I offer training to become a game designer.
